  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities

  • To liaise with banks and valuation firms to ensure the accuracy of company deal diligence before commencement of new project collaboration.
  • To liaise with banks, valuation firms and project coordinators regularly to resolve project financing / properties valuation issues.
  • To liaise with project coordinator regularly, and to host project-based meetings on bi-weekly or monthly basis to ensure smooth conversion of projects.
  • To compile project loan status update and generate report to update project administration team on weekly basis.
  • To work on project unit reservation on behalf of sales team on daily basis.
  • To liaise with legal representatives to obtain legal documents for project administration team on a case-to-case basis.
  • Check the value/EF (Equity Financing) for the company when taking in deals. Ensure thorough deal diligence.
  • Work closely with the Project Team, Sales Team and Operation Team from each entities companies.
  • Ensure all joint venture cases are meticulously managed with up-to-date documentation.
  • Address and resolve any outstanding balance loan submission cases from time to time.
  • Such other scope as may be determined by the Employer from time to time.

Job Specifications

  • Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin is added advantage as role requires.
  • English and Mandarin speaking is mandatory as the job holder is required to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required Skill(s): Mortgage Loan processing would be added advantage.
