JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitoring new incoming jobs daily and scheduling appointments for technicians.
- Assigning products and parts to installers for installation cases each day.
- Updating the system with job statuses for tasks completed by branch technicians on a daily basis.
- Coordinating weekly or biweekly parts assignments for outsourced contractors.
- Managing monthly job assignments for outsourced contractors at the beginning of each month.
- Preparing weekly reports on maintenance job progress and reasons for any pending tasks.
- Overseeing weekly stock replenishment for installation and service parts.
- Ensuring that physical and system stock levels are accurate through effective stock management.
- Maintaining sufficient inventory of materials, including parts, uniforms, tools, and other equipment necessary for PuriCare installations and service maintenance.
- Submitting office utility bills for timely payment.
- Verifying technician claims and submitting them to HQ for approval.
- Ensuring all claims from outsourced contractors are included in monthly payouts and that completed jobs are accurately recorded in the system.
- Assigning jobs and managing technician inquiries while providing administrative support.
- Overseeing branch inventory management for parts and merchandise.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in branch management or operations management, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
Leadership Skills:
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and job scheduling software.
Organizational Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, technicians, and contractors.
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement.

- High level of accuracy in managing operations, inventory, and job assignments.
