The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the implementation and execution of Ad Ops strategies and the day-to-day communication with clients to help achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manages and prioritises the executive and analyst's workflow.
  • Ensures best in class delivery of Ad Ops work.
  • Builds strong relationships across client services team and with client.
  • Delivers ongoing training to the team to ensure consistent and industry-leading expertise around ad serving platforms and other relevant technology.
  • Communicates and manages relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Ensures all campaigns are trafficked in compliance with established data taxonomies.
  • Provides subject matter expertise in at least one connected tech stack (i.e. Google)
  • Deploys site side tracking across multiple tag management solutions.
