Your Mission

Responsible for the operational and deliveries of all facilities management services.
Developing annual commitment and managing the CAPEX and OPEX budget.
Develop strong working relationship with vendor service providers to ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
Establish and maintain a positive relationship with high expectation internal customers.
Manage and implement project to complete the CAPEX.
Manage and ensure to comply in Law and Regulation required by Authority – Licensed, registration and Insurance.
Manage and implement towards the cost-effective of service contracts services delivery pursuant to the contracts, responsible for periodic and ongoing performance and financial review.
Manage and ensure the facility management team consistently provide prompt response to request from client and building tenants also constantly assess client and tenant needs and ensure problems are being solved promptly.
Assist in the establishment and implementation of ESH guidelines for PT and COS.
Liaison with government authorities and agencies, local authorities and any other relevant approving bodies i.e. BOMBA (firefighting system), DOSH (lift, escalator and chiller unit), MBPJ (cukai taksiran, cukai tempat letak kereta, cukai papan iklan etc), MPKL (cukai taksiran etc), TNB, etc for compliance of facilities and project at PT and COS.
Provide evaluation & advisory on engineering aspects of the project and maintenance work to support the operation needs at PT and COS.
Coordinate and manage the tender exercise, evaluate, and report for management approval.
Coordinate and manage the detail design preparation and technical advisory for all projects at PT and COS.
Coordinate and oversee the project implementation, site activities and supervision of projects in accordance to defined specifications and good engineering practice.
