Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee and manage all HR operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will lead our HR department in aligning business goals with HR strategies to ensure a productive and positive work environment. This role will focus on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and the development of HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances or issues to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, advising the company on legal matters when necessary.
  • Maintain and improve performance appraisal systems, driving a culture of feedback and development.
  • Create and monitor HR metrics to report on the success of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop, revise, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring all employees understand and follow them.
  • Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, training, and development to promote retention and growth within the company.
  • Handle payroll, benefits administration, and other HR operational tasks efficiently.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience with HR metrics and analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Experience in managing HR within retail is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
