The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role RISE for Business (RfB) initiative is a critical part of the Learner Acquisition Team. You'll focus on connecting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore with RfB's 16-week digitalization program. Your main responsibilities will involve engaging prospective clients through various communication channels (phone, video calls, emails, WhatsApp), setting up qualified appointments, and ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team using CRM tools like HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with a high volume of prospective leads through calls, chats, and emails.
- Cold calling and re-engaging leads to pitch digital innovation opportunities.
- Schedule and manage qualified appointments, ensuring smooth transfer of leads in the CRM system.
- Understand and effectively communicate RfB’s value proposition.
- Use HubSpot to track lead generation and sales metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing to improve client engagement strategies.

Requirements:
