Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage special projects, collaborating with various departments or external organizations on behalf of the MD.
- Compile data and prepare detailed reports and in-depth analyses.
- Prepare materials, draft notes, and manage follow-up actions for meetings involving stakeholders, staff, or the Board.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Extensive project management experience.
- Superior research, analytical, planning, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while adhering to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and maintain attention to detail.
