Junior HVAC Technical Engineer

This position you will play a role in leading and overseeing the inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Responsible for attending to customer complaints and executing, repair, troubleshooting, problem analysis, investigations and etc.

Principal Responsibilities:

• To support local service operation and global service operation as and when required.
• To attend to customer warranty matters.
• To effectively manage relationship with end users, contractors, authorized dealers, authorized distributors, regional offices or manufacturer's representatives.
• To carry out site investigation, service, troubleshooting, commissioning, repair, retrofit, etc.
• To take lead in addressing site problems with appropriate departments, recommend solution, corrective measure or next course of action and prepare comprehensive field service reports.
• To provide technical assistance, guidance and training to local and oversea dealers as and when required.
• Other ac-hoc duties as assigned.

Additional /Skills Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience, preferably in HVAC or electrical.
• Applicants must be willing to travel to oversea when require.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Basis knowledge of HVAC principles, equipment, controls, and components.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Training provided.
