  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibility

Overall ensure the efficient operations in the production lines are in accordance with the production department target. To supervise and lead a production team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

  • Plan, organize, and schedule production activities to meet production targets and deadlines and monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Responsible for reviewing production schedules or orders as well as dealing with staffs in these production areas.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Train, mentor, and develop production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify and resolve any issues in the production process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize production workflows and achieve company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate production records and generate reports as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Job Requirement

  • Degree in Polymer Science or related courses from reputable universities.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience. A candidate from latex industry with prior experience in Production is highly preferred.
  • Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
  • Results oriented with strong follow up.
  • Willing to work in shift.
  • Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people. Good in managing workers.
  • Work location: Chembong Industrial Estate, Chembong, Rembau, Negeri Sembilan
