Job Responsibilities:

  • To support Attendance and Payroll Administration functions.
  • Maintain and update all personnel records and ensure their confidentiality.
  • Administer and update employees data into Flex system and personnel file.
  • Handles Time Attendance Records and Leave Management
  • Process outsourced payroll.
  • Calculate final salaries and tax clearance.
  • Manage absenteeism record and conduct disciplinary actions where applicable.
  • Facilitate air ticket bookings for foreign workers on leave passage or exit.
  • Track work hours and work days in compliance with RBA Code of Conduct.
  • Prepare forecast reporting to Finance
  • Facilitate and process insurance and SOCSO claims.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Meticulous and have an aptitude for numbers.
  • Good in MS Excel.
  • Preferably candidates specializing in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment.
