  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualifications & experience

  • Degree holder in relevant field or equivalent experience in operations management
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English, Chinese is a additional advantage -Good computer knowledge
  • Ability to multi-task, resilient to stress, strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Trustworthy, integrity and strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to interact with all level of employees and customers.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient flow from order taking to production, delivery and billing.
  • Scheduling & Logistics Coordination: Oversee and manage daily scheduling of lorry drivers for equipment rental, delivery, and pickup.
  • Customer Account Management: Monthly billing of rental invoices to customers and maintain accurate records of customer’s past and present orders.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervising administrative operations staff is daily operations including technicians, drivers to ensure company daily operations run smoothly.
  • Equipment Management: Upkeep of company equipment fixed asset listing. Oversee maintenance of accurate records and reports of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs for management review.
  • Inventory Control: Assist Operations Manager to manage inventory levels of machinery and parts, ensuring timely reordering & optima stock levels.
  • Customer Service & Relations: Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing support and resolving issues related to equipment rental, delivery, and returns
  • Workplace Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions in accordance to JKKP , DOSH, BOMBA etc. requirements.
