  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, attending conferences, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Evaluate potential partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures that align with the organization's growth objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers, and industry influencers.
  • Identify and engage with decision-makers to understand their needs and present solutions that align with the organization's offerings.
  • Negotiate and finalize business agreements, contracts, and pricing terms to secure profitable partnerships.
  • To undertake special assignments, ad-hoc task may be assigned by the Manager from time to time
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Min 2 - 3 years Sales experience in Manufacturing Industry/related to engineering industry is an added advantage
  • Fluently spoken/written/read in English and Mandarin is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for business meetings and industry events.
