Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Ensure efficient time management by prioritizing and adjusting meetings as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the executive, screening calls, emails, and other correspondence.
    • Draft, review, and respond to emails and letters on behalf of the executive.
    • Organize and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, transportation, and visas.
    • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure that the executive is informed about all travel details.
    • Plan, coordinate, and prepare agendas for meetings.
