• Lead a team of crane maintenance services and focus on the assigned duties to ensure all the maintenance services carried out and executed according to crane manufacturing specifications as well as meeting the client’s expectation • Be familiar with permit to work (PTW) and job hazard analysis (JHA) procedures • Perform monthly and yearly inspection for all crane mechanical parts and component base on checklist provided. • Familiarize with all crane electrical components and parts including the correct way to troubleshoot. • Identify the correct parts or component to be replace by include in the parts requisition form. • Complete the task in safe manner and obtain the performance feedback from location. • Produce report with clear details, including pictorial and necessary dimension as a supporting document. • Understand the worksite safety procedure to avoid any incident. • Work with valid permit. • Maintain effective communication between the team members. • Conduct toolbox talk prior commencing any task. • Stop work when the working condition is unsafe. • To develop maintenance strategy, seek approval, plan, and schedule, execute and report all the activities related to crane operation and maintenance service. • Coordinating all crane maintenance performed by junior crane technicians. • Monitor results of oil/grease sampling and analysis and recommend/implement improvements. • Advice client of all spare parts requirements to complete maintenance in timely fashion. • Provide recommendations for the change out of components, which will ensure reliability of cranes. This may include but not limited to the planned change out of hoses, hydraulic components, and winch components etc. • Maintain a Preventive Maintenance parts list identified on each cranes and update with the status of repair items.
