Yes, we will hold your hands :) Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered individual to join our team as a Pharmacist. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, providing expert advice to patients and healthcare professionals, and contributing to the overall success of our pharmacy. Responsibilities: - Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. - Provide medication counseling to patients, including information about proper dosage, administration, side effects, and interactions. - Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and ensure coordinated care for patients. - Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) services, including medication reviews, adherence assessments, and patient education. - Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identifying and resolving drug-related problems as needed. - Oversee pharmacy operations, including inventory management, workflow optimization, and compliance with quality standards. - Participate in community outreach programs and educational events to promote health and wellness and raise awareness about medication safety. Requirements: - Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or equivalent - Licensed or eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in Malaysia. - Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not required. - Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex medication-related issues and make evidence-based recommendations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care and customer service. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and adapt to changing priorities and workload demands. - Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with pharmacy software systems and electronic health records.
