Line Technician

RESPONSIBILITY : 1. Facilities communications between superior and subordinates. 2. Provide instruction and direct supervision to subordinates and leads effort toward attaining prescribed goals in quality and quantity. 3. To assigned duty to subordinates and management of the operation flow according to documented procedures. 4. To provide guidance for subordinate's skill development. 5. To motivate subordinates in their daily work and encourage improvement of performance. 6. To check machine parameters before and during production. 7. To check quantity on incoming KD parts and issuing of machined or assembled goods. 8. To ensure smooth operation of the Area production. 9. To assist operators during Change Over process. 10. To assist leader prepare Area Daily Production Report. 11. To check Daily machine maintenance is properly carried out. 12. To conduct briefing on daily production and checks operator's physical state and compliance with EXM rule. 13. Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
