Front Desk Management: • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and contractors, ensuring a positive first impression. • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages or forwarding calls to appropriate personnel. • Handle general inquiries from clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. 2. Administrative Support: • Assist the office staff with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. • Maintain and update contact lists, staff directories, and company records. • Handle correspondence and distribute mail within the office. 3. Office Coordination: • Manage office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory of stationery and materials needed for daily operations. • Coordinate maintenance requests for office equipment and facilities. • Assist with organizing meetings, including preparing meeting rooms and arranging refreshments. 4. Document Management: • Assist in tracking and managing documentation for ongoing construction projects. • Help maintain management calendars and schedule meetings. 5. Visitor and Vendor Management: • Register visitors and ensure all security and safety protocols are followed 6. Confidentiality and Professionalism: • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and act with professionalism at all times, particularly when handling client and project documentation.
