1. To be responsible for calibration and validation of production machine, lab equipment and to validate the software application and hardware which is part of quality system. 2. To be responsible for software installation of program for lab equipment, SOP written for installation and the standard installation validation should be reviewed and checked during audit. He also to buy off new production machines e.g ET machine, foiling machine, Production and lab equipment. 3. To assist QA Manager in monitoring, controlling and improving the quality of products and to ensure the specification of products meet the customer requirement. 4. To assist QA Manager in handling customer complaint, to find the root cause, to investigate the failures and to solve the problem. 5. To rectify simple trouble shooting, track down the defects and suggest remedial action. 6. To correlate the result from QC with the result from Production in order to improve the quality of product and to ensure the in process quality standard are in place and implement effective counter measures and preventive action. 7. To contribute in the identification of quality problems and propose appropriate corrective action to maintain the existing quality standard. 8. To be involve in Internal audit, External audit and also other functions of regulatory affairs and to be knowledgeable in Quality Management System and be familiar in statistical process control method Sampling Plan other QC Tools 9. To verify the laboratory analysis and test necessary in controlling and developing a quality standard of product. 10. To undertake the task given by his / her superior from time to time. 11. To conduct and control of area (hygienic & cleanliness) by personal monitoring through GMP. 12. To analyze the product defect by working in production i.e Dipping, ET and Sealing to identify correction activity.
