Experience of 2-3 years or more in IT related field. 3. Familiar with the use and maintenance of common operating systems. 4. Familiar with the configuration and use of common network equipment, such as routers, switches, etc. 5. Can simply and quickly troubleshoot and solve various network failures. 6. Skilled in using various IT peripheral devices, such as printers, fax machines, scanners, projectors, etc. 7. Skilled in the installation of operating systems and can quickly solve a variety of software problems in the process of use. 8. Familiar with the simple configuration and use of the telephone program-controlled switchboard and can quickly solve the various faults that occur during the use of the telephone. 9. Skilled in using enterprise mail system, assigning, and managing mailbox accounts, and quickly solving various failures during the use of mailboxes.
