QUALITY ASSURANCE & QLTY CONTROL INSPTR

• Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications. • Improve quality by liaising with production, purchasing and conduct investigation on quality deficiencies. • In charge of customer’s complaint monitoring and analysis. • Responsible to ensure retrieve ability and availability of retained samples and tracking of issuance of samples to third parties. • Develop, track, and communicate relevant performance metrics for carbon material, manufacturing processes, and suppliers. • Develop and maintain effective, collaborative working relationships with both internal and external customers • Prepare and update ISO, PEFC, FSC or some international certificate procedures in the area of responsibility. • Participate in projects, task force jointly with production personnel in case the needs arise. • To prepare trend analysis and data compilation on deviation in the production process when required. • Conducting various audits, root cause analysis, data analysis, and establishing plans for corrective actions.
