Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Administration position, located in Kuala Lumpur. The Executive Administrator will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and travel, managing calendars, and providing other general support to senior management. The Executive Administrator will also be expected to be proactive in problem-solving and continuously improve overall organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in managing administrative operations and supporting senior management
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a plus
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute daily operations and administrative work, including schedules and logistics coordination.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify areas for operational efficiency enhancements.
- Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept securely.
- Maintain a proper filing system to ensure effectiveness of access/retrieval of documentation.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field or discipline.
- Preferably at least 2 years’ work experience in operation and admin field.
- Proficient in MS Office applications or other software programs.
- Familiarity with operations and administrative processes is an added advantage.
- Excited to learn the new things and passion for outstanding achievement.
- Inquisitive and organized.
- High attention to detail, organized, independent, and proactive.
- Those who can start work immediately will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
