Motor Loss Adjuster (Investigation)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Insurance Adjuster Investigator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims to ensure their validity and providing comprehensive fact-finding reports for our insurer partners. The ideal candidate will possess a deep investigative mindset, with the ability to uncover explanations for any circumstances that cast doubt on a specific case. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough investigations into insurance claims, ensuring their genuineness. Provide quality claims services to meet stipulated KPIs. Perform desktop assessments, video assessments, on-site assessments, and more. Construct, edit, and review reports to deliver comprehensive explanations of factual findings. Conduct interviews with involved parties to gather facts and evidence. Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to in the completion of daily tasks. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, always ready to support the team. Travel across Malaysia to conduct various investigations. Requirements: Mandatory: Completion of the Basic Certificate Course in Insurance Loss Adjusting (BCCILA). Experience: Previous experience in the automobile or insurance industry, particularly in claims handling and estimation. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills. Flexibility and adaptability to take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment. Willingness and ability to travel to different sites across Malaysia.
