SOFTWARE ASSISTANT ENGINEER (FRESH GRADUATE)

JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Responsible for creating and modifying Production software. 2. Support the Production Department related to software issues. 3. Support and communicate with designers in modification and design change activities. 4. In charge and ensure all the new models run smoothly from trial shot PP to MP stage. 5. Carry out front loading activities related to individual section. 6. Responsible to inform superior during breakdown if problem cannot be solved within 10 minutes. 7. Derive and implement the Engineering Department objectives as per KPI (Key Performance Indicator) & MBO (Management by Objectives). 8. To perform additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superior. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION Candidate must possess Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent. REQUIREMENTS 1. Knowledgeable and possess a solid grasp of VB.Net (Visual Basic.Net) / VB 6.0 (Visual Basic 6.0) programming is ESSENTIAL. 2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 3. Those who have experience working in a manufacturing sector will be prioritized. 4. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly. 5. Must be self-motivated and a great team worker. 6. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, as well as part of a collaborative team environment. 7. Applicants must be Malaysian citizen and willing to work in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
