Job Description
- Able to operate the PABX system.
- Book all outstation, overseas calls for patients, doctors and staff.
- Work on (3) rotating shifts covering the department for 24 hours.
- Morning - 07.00am - 02.30pm / Evening - 02.00pm - 09.30pm / Night - 09.00pm - 07.00am.
- Answer all incoming and outcoming calls from PABX.
- Take messages and record in the message book.
- Locate doctors for wards and doctors in the hospital.
- Record all the Disaster calls and CODE BLUE.
- Report and record all faulty phones in the hospital.
- To charge hand phone, trunk and overseas calls to the patients by keying into the computer terminal for billing purpose.
- Screen all the calls when necessary.
- All duties performed by the PABX staffs.
- To arrange for staff coverage when PABX staff take leave and to see to the maintenance of the telephone sets during the absence of the PABX Executive.
- To look into patients or staffs complaints during the absence of PABX Executive.
- To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
