Marketing cum Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities - Responsible of all aspect of Max Crops Machinery’s business. - Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives. - Plan, manage and coordinate marketing campaigns. - Build up customers’ network – Identify and develop new opportunities with customers and to build close relationship with all customers. - Product establishment, including presentation and field demonstrations. - Debtor control, including prompt collection and assessment of credit risks. - Identified all business opportunity available/potential customers/working partners. - Establishing of market reputation – Conduct business in a professional manner, to bring a good reputation onto the company. - To plan business activities and suggest type of advertising/promotion item necessary to achieved budget. - To provide comprehensive office administrative support, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, filling, etc. - Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements · Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. · Required Skill(s) / Knowledge(s) : Marketing related. · Minimum of 2 years working experience in sales preferably in agriculture/industrial industry. · Able to work independently and within a team. · Results oriented and time management. · Excellent selling skills and strong negotiation skills. · Strong professional ethics and capable of maintaining the confidentiality. · Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia with Mandarin an added advantage.
