Job Description
Responsible for the day-to-day business operations & inventory management.
Responsible for customer service day to day activities by answering the query, assist in customer consultation as well as assisting them to select right product to purchase.
Responsible for local & international shipment management.
Coordinate with courier partners on shipments and custom related issues.
Perform administration tasks such as handling order by system, emails etc.
To coordinate with the warehouse and logistic department to ensure good deliver to customers promptly and effectively.
Work closely with the customer support team and handle daily customers' inquiries to establish a good relationship with customers.
To assist in all ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess a minimum SPM/Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or relevant field are welcome too.
Fresh graduate are welcome to join.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint.
Driven and self-motivated with a can-do and willing to learn personality.
Strength in multitasking and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
