Cook for Western Cafe'

We are looking for a talented and motivated Cook to join our kitchen team (NON HALAL CAFE'). As a Cook, you will prepare a variety of dishes, ranging from Western breakfasts to Italian favorites, ensuring high-quality, delicious meals for our customers. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared according to Ra-Ft Café’s recipes and standards. Prepare and cook menu items, including breakfasts, pastas, pizzas, and other café offerings, according to standard recipes and portion guidelines. Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet the presentation and quality standards of Ra-Ft Café. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring the kitchen remains clean and organized at all times. Assist with daily kitchen prep work, including chopping ingredients, portioning proteins, and preparing sauces. Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain consistency and quality across all dishes. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate any shortages or issues to the kitchen manager. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions to management. Adhere to portion control, waste management, and inventory management practices to maintain cost control. Assist with new menu development and contribute creative ideas for seasonal specials. Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism and teamwork during peak hours.
