Job Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities within the printing ink sector. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share to increase the revenue of the company.
  • Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Provide exceptional service, address customer inquiries, and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Responsible for customers’sales/ collection, order review and customer service.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends in printing ink sector, competitive landscape, and industry developments. Use this knowledge to identify potential business opportunities and tailor sales strategies.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range, including technical specifications and applications. Provide accurate information and guidance to clients to meet their needs.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Showcase the benefits and features of our products effectively.
  • Negotiation: Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
  • Reporting: Recommend quality improvement measures to immediate superior.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in sales within the printing ink or related industry
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Work independently
  • Pleasant personality

  • Team player
  • Possess own transport
  • Vacancies available at Johor Bahru, Seri Kembangan, Ipoh and Penang

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
