The E-commerce Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all online retail operations to drive sales, improve customer experience, and expand the digital footprint. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing, and supply chain logistics. The E-commerce Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless online operations and optimal performance.

Job Responsibilities: -

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to meet sales targets and improve online presence.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s website and mobile app for user experience, functionality, and navigation.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic and customer engagement.
  • Analyze online sales data and customer behavior to inform decision-making and improve sales performance.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability, accurate inventory levels, and timely delivery.
  • Work with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues, integrate new technologies, and maintain website security.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including payment gateways, delivery partners, and marketing agencies.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Track KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management to assess progress toward business goals.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks has been assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in retail or FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of online retail platforms, digital marketing strategies, and web analytics tools.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics related to e-commerce.
  • Experience with CRM software, CMS platforms, and e-commerce tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
