#CNC 车床 #CNC 车床 #Fanuc 控制器 #G 代码 #石油和天然气 薪资待遇：SGD1500 - SGD3500（底薪+加班+夜班津贴） 工作地点：新加坡 西边 乐阳路 工作类型： 永久、全职、现场、5 天、5.5 天、夜班 业务部门：机械制造公司提供交钥匙制造服务：大幅面工程、制造和装配 工作职责： • 在有限协助或直接监督下设置和操作 CNC 车床，具有 fanuc 控制器和 G 代码经验。 阅读、解释和/或执行各种加工工作，以确定成品零件的尺寸和公差、操作顺序和设置要求。 • 计算并设置控制以调节加工因素。 • 需要时建议新的模具设计和对现有模具的修改。 • 启动并观察机器运行，以检测故障或超差加工、故障排除和预防性维护。 • 检查输出以确保与规格的一致性并丢弃缺陷 • 需要时进行后续操作，例如去毛刺、抛光等 • 履行可能分配的其他职责。 职位需求： • 至少 3 年 CAD/CAM 经验。 • 至少5年CNC加工经验。 • 具有微型精密零件制造经验。 #CNC Turner #CNC Lathe #Fanuc Controller #G-codes #Oil and Gas Salary Package: SGD1500 - SGD3500 (Basic Salary + OT + Night Shift Allowance) Job Location: Singapore West Lok Yang Road Job Types: Permanent, Full time, Onsite, 5 days, 5.5 days, Night shift Business Sector: Machinery Manufacturing Company provides Turnkey Manufacturing Services : Large Format Engineering, Fabrication & Assembly Job Responsibilities: • Set up and operate CNC Lathe with limited assistance or direct supervision, with experience on fanuc controller and g-codes. • Reading, interpreting and/or executing various machining works to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished part, sequence of operations, and setup requirements. • Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors. • Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required. • Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. • Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects • Perform follow-up operations, such as deburring, polishing etc when required • Perform such other duties as may be assigned. Job Requirements: • At least 3 years experience with CAD/CAM. • At least 5 years CNC Machining experience. • Experience with micro precision parts manufacturing.
