  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

PAYROLL EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and addressing any payroll-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and in a timely manner, including regular and overtime hours.
  • Maintain employee payroll records, including changes in status, salaries, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to payroll and taxation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review, including payroll summaries and tax liabilities.
  • Assist in the annual audit and reporting requirements related to payroll.
  • Stay updated on payroll legislation and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 -4 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,366.23 - RM5,275.64 per month
