Building on this success, we are now launching Malaysia's most comprehensive Marriage Transformation Program — Season 1. This initiative is the culmination of two years of insights and learnings from our pilot programs, evolving into a scalable solution designed to empower countless couples to strengthen their relationships.

Structured uniquely like a TV drama series, Season 1 will feature 200 masterclass online episodes delivered by 20 of Malaysia’s top marital experts. Each episode will address 10 core topics essential for a healthy marriage, combining masterful instruction with interactive engagement to ensure couples receive lasting value.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media initiatives for the Marriage Transformation Program. As a key member of our small but dedicated team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that promotes our program, engages our audience, and builds brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with MySakinah’s goals and promotes the Marriage Transformation Program across META (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Google (Search & YouTube), TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms to drive audience engagement and program awareness.
  • Expert Collaboration: Coordinate with our 20 experts, who will contribute a total of 600 social media posts, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand messaging. Additionally, support internal content creation, targeting another 400 posts over the next 12 months.
  • Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with our community to foster relationships and support.
  • Freelancer and Agency Management: Identify, select, and manage freelancers and/or agencies to enhance the social media presence of our experts, particularly those who lack a strong online presence.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute social media campaigns and posts to create a hybrid of internally generated content and contributions from service providers, ensuring a balanced and dynamic social media presence.
  • Paid and Organic Strategies: Develop and manage both organic and paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement, utilizing analytics to measure success and optimize strategies.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to assess performance, provide insights, and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the wellness or education sector.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, particularly on META and Google.
  • Proficient in both organic and paid social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools to track performance and generate reports.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment while managing multiple projects.
