Process Engineering

Responsible for day-to-day production and shift activities, monitoring and controlling of production to achieved good quality output and yield. Develop and Standardize Operating Instructions or SOP, Optimizing current process and maintain process document. Mandatory Problem/Root Cause Analysis, Risk Assessment and Effective Action cut in to prevent problem recurrence. Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data. Work through Operation Yield Improvement together with the team inclusive Quality, Production etc. Develop the best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production yield and quality of output. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
