Job Summary

The Marketing cum Customer Service Executive for After Sales Service in a car workshop plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth through effective marketing strategies. This position involves a combination of marketing responsibilities and customer service duties with a focus on post-sales support in the automotive service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote after-sales services.
  • Create marketing materials, such as brochures and newsletters, highlighting the workshop's service offerings.
  • Execute marketing campaigns to increase customer awareness and retention.
  • Educate customers on available service packages and benefits.
  • Work with the sales and service teams to upsell additional services and maintenance packages.
  • Collect feedback from customers on the quality of service and overall experience.
  • Share positive feedback and testimonials for marketing purposes.
  • Create and curate social media campaigns, including content creation, publishing, and community management.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels.
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Liaise with the service technicians and advisors to ensure a seamless customer service experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Express and Social Platform will be added advantage.
  • Knowledge of automotive after-sales services and maintenance.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
