Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide internal sales support which includes preparing Sales Quotation and follow-up to close order.
  • Assisting Salesperson in managing customer credit limit (TAD/Appeal) and customer collection
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, file maintenance, and document preparation.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Assist the Sales team to follow up with customers on NPS survey feedback submission.
  • Stay informed about product updates, pricing changes, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  • Dormant customer re-activation
  • Potentially assist the sales team to visit customers when necessary.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Specialize in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Detailed oriented and passionate towards serving others with great enthusiasm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
