As part of a specialised team, focus on supporting the Identity and Collaboration aspects of our global IT infrastructure. This role ensures secure, seamless identity management within the Entra ID ecosystem and effective collaboration across the organisation through platforms like Microsoft 365 and Atlassian. You will provide exceptional IT support across all markets, working closely with local IT teams to utilise globally managed platforms effectively.

The Group Infrastructure specialist will be engaged in many exciting technology project implementations, ensuring that the business requirements, policy compliance and technical outcomes are achieved to the agreed schedule. The role will in a team ensuring the group infrastructure is implemented in accordance with the requirements of each market whilst ensuring all systems are managed and maintained with appropriate controls as defined by IT and Information Security Team.

The role will also build strong relationships with the Cloud Engineering and Architecture Team, the Security Team and project teams for successful transition of systems from development into operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure Entra ID for secure and efficient identity management, and support the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) to streamline organisational collaboration and enhance project management.
• Implement and monitor group infrastructure, ensuring alignment with architectural and security guidelines, and contribute to developing monitoring alerts and reporting metrics for identity and collaboration platforms.
• Provide support and assist with the delivery of solutions to ensure the Group’s Global/Shared Infrastructure is managed, well maintained, and accessible across platforms such as Entra ID, Active Directory, M365, and Atlassian.
• Analyse and deliver solutions to address infrastructure-related technical debt and IT security risks, providing support to IT teams in resolving these challenges.
• Develop and maintain documentation, control documents, and training materials for Identity and Collaboration tools, ensuring that they are up-to-date with new and existing technologies.
• Build strong relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and other teams, ensuring that deliverables meet expectations in terms of time, scope, and cost.
• Contribute towards reporting on key metrics for the team and relevant DPE team members, supporting transparency and continuous improvement.
• Oversee infrastructure tasks, including installing, configuring, testing, application software with identity configuration, and system management tools, while proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure accessibility.

Maintain security protocols to safeguard infrastructure integrity

Required Qualifications:

· At least 3 years IT industry experience

· At least 1 years experience in IT Infrastructure organisation (with experience within a large multi-market organization preferred)

· ITIL foundations (preferred)

· Agile/Scrum qualification (preferred)

· Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology (preferred) or equivalent experience.

· Public Cloud Certifications (M365, Azure, Atlassian) (desirable).
