Job Description


Position Objectives:

  • Assists Quality Engineers/Manager to maintain and continuous improve the quality system in order to produce the products and provide the services that meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations.
  • Assist Quality Engineers/Manager on FA return management

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate quality report and yield monitoring
  • Provide support on IPQC, ECN & NPI team activities.
  • Assist Engineers/ Manager to update and review the controlled documents
  • Responsible for the SMT issues and internal/external quality feedback
  • Handle internal FA returns and incoming defect material based on internal line feedback
  • Assist Quality Engineers in Root Cause analysis and Corrective/Preventive Action implementation
  • Assist Quality Engineers to perform data collection
  • Involve in process audit activities
  • Involve in IDC scrap report and improvement activities
  • Assist Quality Engineers on Vendor coordination that relates to quality issues.
  • Assist Quality Engineers to perform ESD checks.
  • Any other technical task to be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to maintain a healthy working environment and teamwork in the department and with other department.
  • Able to lead a team in cross functional way to solve the problem.
