  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2/3 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE IN HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT
  • FAMILIAR WITH SUPERVISING OR LEADING THE TEAM (HOUSEKEEPING)
  • EXPERIENCE IN 3, 4, OR 5 STAR HOTEL

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible to assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing the department, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the housekeeping operation and administration.
  • Monitor the speed of housekeeping staff to ensure all duties are completed in a timely manner.
  • Brief housekeeping staff on events, occupancy of the day, and the cleaning focus of the day.
  • Help train and manager housekeeping staff
  • Equip housekeeping staff with necessary tools to complete cleaning assignments
  • Assist in cleaning rooms and public areas as needed
  • Make housekeeping boards with the cleaning focus of the day
  • Walk public area
  • Maintain constant communication with front desk about early arrivals, late departures, and room requests
  • Stay abreast on occupancy of the day, departure and arrivals, event(s) of the day, VIP rooms, special requests, and guest reviews
  • Perform other duties as assigned
