SALARY RANGE : RM 5500 - RM8000
A DAY IN A LIFE
As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
- Supervising and provides training to team members to provide excellent customer service experience
- Overseeing and managing a team of 6-8 members
- Developing and Implementing new policies, processes based on business changes to adapt and ensuring the execution meet the set key performance indicators
- Planning and organizing adequate resources to cater the number of daily tickets/booking request
- Able to take lead on the communication with both internal and external stakeholders in regard with reservation related matters
- Able to prepare the productivity and performance reports on timely manners for management review
Requirements
These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:
- Has proficiency in using cargo management system
- Has prior experience in Air Cargo industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in Google Sheets & Looker Studio would be an added advantage
