Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager / Assistant Business Development Manager to join their team. In this senior role, you will play a critical role in supporting and assisting the Director in developing and overseeing long-term organizational strategies and goals. You will be responsible for identifying new real estate business development opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in property development, excellent strategic planning skills, and a proven ability to meet targets.

KEY Role & Responsibilities

· Strategic Support: Assist the Director in developing and implementing long-term organizational strategies and objectives.

· Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new real estate business development opportunities, ensuring profitable deals.

· Market Research: Conduct research to maintain extensive knowledge of current property market conditions.

· Strategic Planning: Establish and implement strategic planning processes for development projects, including concept plan approaches and pitches.

· Project Oversight: Oversee the formulation, development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies for Greenfield sites and other land banks.

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing staff and other division managers to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue.

· Feasibility and Cash Flow: Monitor project feasibility studies and ensure cash flow management is met by the team.

· Compliance: Ensure all developmentscomply with local statutory requirements and control parameters.

Job Requirements

· Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in property development.

· Education: Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Real Estate Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.

· Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the design, development, and management of property development projects.

· Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.

· Mobility: Willingness to travel within the northern and southern regions of Malaysia.

Work Arrangements & Schedule

· Work Week: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30
