Program Manager (Machining) [Based In Penang Island]

Job Summary

The Program Manager (Machining) will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans aimed at achieving program profitability and work-scoping. The role will involve acting as the primary liaison between internal company organizations and customers on all contractual negotiations, engineering change, and RFQ. The Program Manager will also ensure accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its lifecycle, as well as managing customer engagement, satisfaction, and business development to promote total solution capabilities within customer organizations.

KEY Role & Responsibilities

· Develop and implement business plans to achieve program profitability and work-scoping; responsible for business's profitability.

· Act as the primary liaison between internal company organizations and customers on all contractual negotiations, engineering change, and RFQ.

· Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.

· Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution, and business development; promote its total solution capabilities within customers' and potential customers' organizations.

· Organize and support program and technical reviews with customers.

Job Requirements

· Minimum 8 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in a program management role.

· Machining working experience is required.

· High preference for candidates with program management experience that covers supply chain, planning, and logistics areas.

· Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented.

· Strong leadership and program management skills.

· Excellent communication skills.

· High proficiency in English.

· Strong problem-solving and numerical analytical skills.

· Meticulous and detail-oriented.

Work Arrangements & Schedule

· Work Week: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:15pm. Flexibility to start between 7am to 9 am (for 9 hours per shift)
