  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build close relationship with customers/ patients
  • Ability to be friendly and polite, even when tired, or under pressure
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and listening skills to attract customers especially on the phone
  • Able to think fast, solve complications, and ensure clients feel that they are in good hands

JOBSCOPE

  • To meet company sales target on monthly basis
  • Entertain and contact customers, prospects, databases and leads about inquiries provided through all channels and subsequently offer services that suit their needs to increase close deals
  • Understanding and implement the process needed for the physiotherapy appointment
  • Update calendars and schedule; scheduling appointments
  • Manage any complaints and feedback from customers
  • Carry out any other works assigned from time to time
  • To work closely with Marketing team in order to provide two ways communication in getting more potentials/ prospects
  • To have good product and services knowledge in order to educated prospect and clients as well as addressing their concern about the facilities / products/ services provided by Physiogo.
  • To ensure that the appointment & booking is managed correctly and all required information is filled up; and to update these information whenever is required
  • Provide reports in forecasting and improvement in creating more potentials/ prospect
  • Database management

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably possess at least Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy/ Sport Management/Sport Science or any field that is related
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia(required)
  • Computer literate (Words & Excel)
  • Possess own transport
  • Can work on rotation
