Outlet Location: CHAGEE IOI MALL KULAI

Job Scope:

• Customer Service: Providing friendly service, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Tea Preparation: Expertly preparing a variety of teas according to customer preferences.
• Menu Knowledge: Understanding tea varieties, flavors, and preparation methods to assist customers.
• Equipment Maintenance: Keeping tea-making equipment clean and in good working order.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring tea supplies and restocking as needed to ensure availability.

Salary:

• Basic salary: RM1,600
• Salary can reach up to RM2,000
• Attendance allowance: RM100
• Merit allowance: RM100
• Transportation allowance: RM100
• OT allowance
• Monthly Incentive
• Transport allowance claim
• Salary paid throughout the 2-week training
• Salary is paid on the last day of the month

Qualifications:

• Full time only (pls don't apply if want part time)
• No work experience is required but have experience in FnB is a plus
• Have good communication skills
• Have SPM
• Have own transportation
• Applicants are between 18 and 35 years old
• Have good communication skills
• Training provided
• Willing to relocate to other states
• Able to join training at HQ (Bandar Baru Sri Petaling) for 2 weeks. Hostel provided (MANDATORY)
• Working hours: 9am-5.30pm / 2.30pm-11pm (shift)
