The Opportunity
  • Invoice Processing & Payment: Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, verifying validity and routing for approval before payment.
  • Vendor Liaison & Issue Resolution: Communicate with suppliers to resolve payment discrepancies, investigate aging statements, and address dunning letters.
  • AP Reporting & Reconciliation: Produce Monthly Aging Reports and ensure accurate reconciliation of AP records with the General Ledger and vendor statements.
  • Service Level Compliance: Deliver Accounts Payable services within agreed-upon service levels, targets, and policy guidelines.
  • AP Policies & Procedures: Assist in establishing and maintaining Accounts Payable policies, procedures, and controls.
  • General AP Support: Support the Accounts Payable team with inquiries, perform record-keeping, and manage payments in line with policies and timelines.
What you’ll succeed
  • Must have at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience, with prior experience in cash flow management considered an advantage.
  • Strong payment processing skills required.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Excel is preferred.
  • Ability to understand, read, speak, and write in Mandarin is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Excel would be an added advantage.
