Client Care Service - Bank | Nov Intake | up to 4.5k

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls quickly and effectively, and take help from phone banking officers where necessary
• Sign up customers for I-Banking
• Route calls through IVR where applicable
• Maintain contact records to reflect current information
• Requests and complaints Turn around
• Promote cross sell of all banking products
• Maintain accuracy of information given to customers
• Probe & identify financial needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with customer charter.
• Ensure all sales pitches are made without any mis-selling

Requirements:

• Graduate / SPM with minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Fresher or with 1-2 years of experience
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
• Basic computer skills (English C1 level)
• Strong service orientation
• Willingness to learn additional products
• Experienced in upselling will be an added advantage

• Staffs shall be confirmed earlier than their probation period (Based on performance
• Commission range within RM3000 - RM4000
• High chance to be transferred to Live Chat Department and other internal roles such as Team Leader, etc.
• Free shuttle bus from LRT Bukit Jalil to the working location

• Annual leave - 31 days
• Low parking rate - RM7.30/day
• Normal working hours for first 2 - 3 months (Training Period)

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
