Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the lease administration process, including lease negotiations, renewals, terminations, and amendments, Ensure all lease documents are accurately executed and filed.
- Ensure compliance with all lease agreements, mall policies, and legal requirements, Prepare and deliver regular reports on lease statuses, expirations, financial obligations, and other key metrics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding lease-related matters. Address tenant concerns, and maintain positive tenant relationships to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and collection of lease-related payments. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting related to leasing activities.
- Monitor market trends and perform competitive analysis to inform leasing strategies and pricing. Identify opportunities for lease optimisation and revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the lease administration team. Ensure staff are well-trained, efficient, and aligned with company goals and policies.
- Work closely with other departments, including property management, marketing, and legal, to ensure a cohesive approach to mall management and tenant engagement.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lease administration or property management, preferably in a retail or mall setting.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate and leasing principles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in lease management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyse financial date and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in Mandarin Speaking

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
