  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Customer Service Assistant cum Cashier (Wangsa Maju)- Immediate Hiring/Rotational Shift

  • Working Days: Monday - Sunday (5 working days, 2 off days - rotational)
  • Working Hours: 1 shift (10.00 am - 8.00 pm) - 1 hour break OR

2 shift (11.30 am - 9.30 pm) - 1 hour break

  • Location : No. 34N-0-3, Jalan Wangsa Delima 6, 1/27F, KLSC Section 5, Pusat Bandar Wangsa Maju, 53300 Kuala Lumpur (preferable those possess own transport)
  • Basic Salary : RM2,000 + OT (if needed)
  • Allowances : RM 200 (attendance)
  • Benefits: Annual leave, insurance (including medical outpatient clinics visit)
  • Dress code: Black T-Shirt & Black pants

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM above
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
  • Applicants must be willing to work at wangsa maju and able to start working immediately - 16 October 2024
  • Preferable those who have own transportation
  • Experience in cashier or customer service field is a good advantages
  • Required Language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English

  • Age Limit: 19 years old - 35 years old (Malaysian citizen)
  • 12 months contract duration first - Renewal contract or contract-to-permanent (base on performance)

Job Descriptions:

  • Receiving payments and issuing receipts and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions
  • Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
  • Registers sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers’ purchases.
  • Resolves customer issues and answers questions.
  • Bags purchases if needed.
  • Processes return transactions.
  • Itemizes and totals purchases by recording prices, departments, taxable and non-taxable items; and operating a cash register.
  • Discounts purchases by redeeming coupons.
  • Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers and makes change for cash customers
