- lan, organize, direct and control all function related to material availability from the purchase and delivery. M
- aterial availability planning for production to ensure zero production down. (Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels). U
- nderstand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule. I
- mplement and maintain MRP system to ensure efficient and effective planning of materials and inventory management. G
- ather data from a variety of sources. Assess, interpret and analyze the data accurately to support demand forecast for production requirements and financial planning. A
- nalytic skills must include the ability to see the big picture and the demonstration of strong business intuition. C
- ontinuous review and evaluate forecasting models for improvement, accuracy and automation. P
- lan and execute the assigned relevant projects.
- achelor Degree in Business Administration and Engineering. S
- ound knowledge in material planning, inventory management, sourcing and supply chain management. S
- AP knowledge in material management. G
- ood communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally C
- ommercial and financial awareness with a full understanding of how failure impacts the costs, production, manufacture and customer order fulfilment. S
- trong analytical, planning and problem solving skills. G
- ood communication and written skill in English. P
- roficient in Excel.
