Job description

1. Responsible for daily warehouse operation.

2. Manage and monitor stock movement- receiving, issuing, storing, packing, documenting and delivering.

3. Establish, promote and continuously improve warehouse operating procedures.

4. Ensure proper compliance and enforcement of the warehouse SOPs.

5. ⁠Responsible for change and improvised SOPs when required.

6. Ensure all inventory stocks are sufficient and stock balances are within safe guidelines.

7. Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce.

8. Manage and control staff attendance, and perform performance assessment.

9. Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and vehicles.

10. Practice and enforce FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) methodologies for all Raw Material / Packaging Material / Finished Goods without fail.

11. Resolve any arising problems or complaints.

12. Ensuring the right product delivery to the right outlet.

13. Ensure the daily transaction is accurate ( GRN / Assembly / Delivery )

Fully responsible for the stock accuracy ( System vs Physical ) which is at least 99.5% and above

14. Responsible for monthly stock count reports for all items.

15. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports.

16. Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required by superiors from time to time.

Requirements

1. Minimum Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/ Business or related field.

2. 3 years and above of relevant experience in a similar role is preferable.

3. Procurement skills including knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory optimization

4. Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

5. Able to work in a team and good leadership skills.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
