HVAC Operation & Maintenance Engineer | Kulai #MNC

Qualifications:

1. Degree or above, HVAC or electromechanical related majors;

2. More than 2 years of practical experience in the operation and maintenance of data centers, large-scale integrated buildings, chillers, air conditioners, and pipeline valves;

3. Familiar with the principles, operation, and maintenance points of air conditioners, chillers, and full refrigerant systems;

4. Solid professional experience, especially hands-on skills, and the ability to independently solve HVAC system failures;

5. Able to use tools such as AUTOCAD to draw electromechanical drawings, and familiar with office software such as OFFICE;

6. Good oral and written communication and expression skills, initiative in work, and able to withstand certain work pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the chillers, precision air conditioners, water supply and drainage, pipe valves and other system equipment in the data center;

2. Be responsible for the safety management work within the jurisdiction, and conduct inspections, troubleshooting and emergency repairs on the operation of the air conditioning system;

3. Be responsible for the preparation and implementation of the air conditioning system maintenance plan, ensure the fulfillment and implementation of the maintenance contract, and implement energy-saving measures for the operation of air conditioning equipment;

4. Be responsible for the preparation of the operation specifications and operating instructions of the air conditioning system equipment and other related operation and maintenance systems (including but not limited to SOP, EOP, MOP, preventive maintenance checklist, inspection checklist);

5. Be responsible for the on-site supervision of air conditioning system related projects and participate in the completion acceptance review, as well as the management of related documents and the management and inspection of operation and maintenance tools;

6. Be responsible for formulating energy-saving measures, implementing the energy-saving indicators of the infrastructure operation and maintenance of the data center, and improving energy efficiency (PUE value);

7. Review daily maintenance reports, evaluate the rationality of the maintenance process and the accuracy of working hours, and provide air conditioning skills training and capacity building for team members.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
